| By | Category: Free Tutorial, Profiled ISBU Project

Following  the incredible popularity of our digital book series – The  Most Influential Shipping Container Homes Ever Built – we  have decided to release a number of expanded  titles  for 2016 showcasing in greater detail some of the  best in Container based Construction from around the World.

Container Home Book 145 – Mixed Use Home / Office Space – Florida

Today’s featured Container Home has been built for Miranda Piechowski by Sundog Structures in Pinellas Park Florida

The Pinellas Park Live/Work project is made of seven 40′ shipping containers including the marquis vertical tower that announces the creative arts district. The upper containers are offset to the front to provide a canopy at the entry and result in the rear deck that overlooks the neighboring community. The ground level features a gallery and production space for the work environment and the second floor provides a two-bedroom one-bath apartment. This model can be converted to a single family residence or as a unique office space for your business.

At only 24′ wide, the building is a great example of modern sophistication that provides amazing views from front and rear windows and deck.

This is the 145th Container Home we have featured in this format for our Readers. You can download the entire back catalog of all 145 Books, an additional 30 Container Homes in our “ The 30 Most Influential Container Homes ever Built” Book, a free copy of our 3D Container Home Design Software, Technical Drawings and Whitepapers and Access our Video Training Tutorial Series – in our Members Area.
