Book 60 – 2 Story + Full Deck Roof Container Home – Moscow Russia
Today’s Container Homes was built using 6 x Type 1A 40’ HC Containers by NG Systems in Moscow Russia.
The 180 SQM ( 1937 sqft ) 2 Story Home has been designed to withstand Earthquakes to Category 5.
The ground floor consists of a Living room, Kitchen, Boiler room, Bathroom and Bedroom with an additional 3 bedrooms, laundry and 3 bathrooms on the second level.
Interestingly this Home uses external insulation ( 150 mm thick on the walls/ 50 mm on the floors ) and is external clad.
The house is equipped with a system of water heating radiators and boilers fired by Liquefied gas. Gas flows from the gas tank to the boiler at a distance of 10 meters from the house.
