  1. First of all, congratulations for your desings, they look great.

On the other hand, I would like to know if you always use PVC doors and Windows with double glazing in your projects? What kind of material do you use for insulating external walls? I read you mentioned “R3.5 Insulation ” can you give me more details, I am not familiar with this code.

    Best regards,

    Sergio Ospina

  2. This is my NEW home!!! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all compact and well laid out, plus modern fittings and fixtures. It was delivered to site and all put together on the day. Add a verandah and roof and it was complete within a week. Just connect plumbing and power and move in!
We have been living in it for almost 2 years now and love it. Also the containers were built to Australian standards, so there was nothing to have approved.
    Best decision ever made…thanks

  3. Oh my gosh. I’m so impressed. I want one so bad, but I’ve got to ask about building codes here in Alabama. USA. I would have to have a septic system and water and power approved. Since I have not seen anyone actually living in a modified ship container, it may not be allowed here. But I’m asking anyway! Thanks for sharing! Your home is the bomb!!!???????????????????
