Today’s featured Shipping Container Home was constructed as a Weekend Retreat using 3 x 20′ HC Containers by Ben Edwards of Studio Edwards near the Wye River on Australia’s Otway Coast.

Named House 28 the 2 Bedroom project was designed to make minimal impact on the site,  is “off grid” is as far as connection to the water and sewage system, and features externally clad sheet galvanised steel, internally the spaces are lined with marine plywood and a has a “green or living roof “
